A project on amendments in the RA Tax Code was developed by the Ministry of Economy and presented for public discussion on the e-draft.am website, according to which:
for organizations carrying out activities included in groups J58.2, J62.0 and J63.1 of the classification of types of economic activity, whose gross income during the previous tax year was 80 percent or more from sources outside the Republic of Armenia, the rate for income tax from salary paid to the employees of these organizations will be calculated at the rate of 5 percent.
