493-Ն decision of May 12, 2016 setting the terms and the procedure of granting and refusing the work permit of foreign citizens has been terminated by the Government decision

The terms of 493-Ն decision of May 12, 2016 “On setting the terms and the procedure of granting and refusing the work permit to the employer for foreign citizens, the procedure and the amount of compensating the expenses by the employer in case of not providing the foreign citizen with a respective job, and establishing the lists of specializations permitting the employer to grant foreign employees with necessary documents and high qualifications with a right to work in the Republic of Armenia without a work permit” have been terminated up to January 1 of 2018.
