The Government has approved the RA draft law “On making amendments and supplements to the RA law “On local duties and payments”, according to which the territory occupied by the business entity reflected in square meters will be taken as a criteria when establishing the rates of local duties for the permission of sale of alcohol and tobacco products, as well as to organize and realize catering in the territory of the community.
