A new project on making additions and changes to the RA Tax Code has been published.
As a result of the adoption of the project, a tax control toolkit will be introduced in the way of conducting a thematic study of natural persons who are not individual entrepreneurs or notaries, in which case it will be possible to carry out the necessary and full control over natural persons and, in case of the latter’s taxable transactions, to submit in the manner and amount prescribed by the legislation tax obligations.
