Limited liability companies are allowed to pay dividends on a quarterly basis

According to the legislative amendment adopted on September 12, 2023, the Company has the right to distribute its profits among the Company’s participants no more often than once a quarter.
The law enters into force on the tenth day following the day of its official publication, on 15.10.2023.
