List of taxpayers subject to liquidation was published

The list of taxpayers is being improved: SRC published the preliminary list of taxpayers subject to liquidation. It includes organizations and sole proprietors who in the period between 2013 and January 2017 haven’t filed any return, calculation or declaration, do not have property and liabilities in terms of revenues controlled by tax body or haven’t re-registered.

Taxpayers won’t be bothered throughout the process of liquidation: they will be freed of the procedures involving long phases of clarifications and documentation: “SRC has taken the whole workload and will cooperate with government agencies to check availability of property or debtors’ objections,” informed Tamazyan highlighting another privilege, by which a tax liability below 10 thousand drams as of January 1 will be nulled for companies and sole proprietors in terms of revenues controlled by tax body.

Guided by RA Law “On liquidating companies and de-registering sole-proprietors who failed to file tax returns”, the tax body has already published on www.taxservice.am the list of taxpayers meeting the requirements prescribed by law. If the taxpayers who appear on the preliminary list do not wish to liquidate or de-register, they can apply to the relevant tax inspectorate in writing.
