Today the RA Government has expressed negative opinion on the RA Draft Law “On Making Amendments to the RA Law “On Value Added Tax” presented by the legislative initiative by RA MPs Elinar Vardanyan, Stepan Margaryan and Vahe Hovhannisyan. It is proposed by the Draft to define that the import and realization of drugs included in the main list of drugs stipulated for widely spread deceases established by the authorized body of state governance of the RA health sector are exempt from VAT.
